The Chateaubriant
World famous and well appreciated, the Chateaubriant is a piece of beef fillet weighing about 300 to 400grams of which the tenderness and taste is second to none. The “Academie of Chateaubriant”, the gastronomical brotherhood, join together to promote the real Chateaubriant, the quintessential cut and the cooking of this piece of meat.
The Buckwheat PancakeThis pancake, accompanied by dry cider or buttermilk, garnished with cheese, sausage, egg, ham and other ingredients, remains the traditional dish which is appreciated by everyone.
